COINAHOLIC, the person you've allocated the win to isn't really eligible. They have to have previously won PIF Level 1 to be eligible for level 2. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.  life is a mystery to be lived not a problem to be solved

Would have been nice if someone emailed me! I've got a lot going on. So Oooops   The set is going to go to Podoprigora as I said they won, daviscfad does not collect World coins, so I will put another set together with a mix of both U.S. and World coins for him. I will contact Podoprigora and inform him that he can keep the prize in its entirety and does not have to host next round of P.I.F. 2 (he can host a different contest if he wants ) daviscfad PM me your address again and I'll get this mess straightened out!
