Another crappy issue, most look like they went through a blender. A nice upgrade for me thanks to gp. My old one was a 62/63.

Those are areas that require the most metal to fill the dies. The planchet imperfections don't get smoothed out because the dies never fully filled. I like to call those little ticks in the high points "planchet marks" - remnants of what was on the planchet before being struck. @BadThad, thanks for that explanation on weak areas. I never really thought about it like that, but it makes sense. Useful for all coins and not just cents.
