It looks to me like this cent has been stored for a long time in this 2x2, perhaps in a humid environment and the coin has transferred a bit to the plastic film (rather than their being a second Lincoln memorial struck on the coin). Please remove from the 2x2 and reimagined for us. I does indeed look like the cent in this 2x2 made an impression on the film protecting the coin - maybe there were other items on top of it pressing down on it for a while. Then it was moved around and the coin slowly rotated in the 2x2 to its current position. How about this, Take it out of the 2x2 and get a photo of it and lets see how it look then?
