@ssf, to get accurate grades, it is super important that you crop your pics so that folks can really concentrate on the coin surfaces. Also, for these dimes, it is probably a good idea to include a closeup of the torch on the reverse. Thx.

Agree with Spence. At this point, the coin likely falls in the mid-AU range. Over time, searching dime rolls will yield piles of high AU examples from the 80s and 90s.

when I click on the photos they do blow up

i think the coin was circulated. hairlines across the face and from the ear down to the neck. lots of ticks across the torch.

I am puzzled because ,and it just may be the photo, but the surface of the dime looks rough and not smooth for some reason. Maybe it is just me.
