livingdinasaur Pillar of the Community United States 1571 Posts	Posted 02/12/2009 01:48 am Some one said, or asked about my camera,that if it has a fixed lens it likely is a "Thru the view-finder", focusing. It has an adaptor for various lens. Would that indicate "thru the lens", focusing? It has manual "zoom, (optical), which I take to be thru the lens, focusing. I have not owned a camera with different lens utility, other than a 16mm turret movie camera. I just realized not only is thios not the right section, it is not even the right forum! sorry. livingdinasaur Pillar of the Community United States 1571 Posts	Posted 02/12/2009 01:55 am Moved from wrong forum, and section] Kurt, it is a Canon Powershot A590 IS It has the regular lens that comes with the body, but has other les, like the wide angle, and telephoto. There is a Macro lens, too, I think, ( I could be mistaken on the last). It came with the 32MB sticl, and also a 2GB stick, free, on a promo. I have made only about a dozen shots so far.
