Hi I found this penny and it looked like it just got ran over plenty of times . But I magnified it and saw that a lot of the scratches seemed to be machine made .I beleive I see some state coin clashes . Thoughts

Yeah, with the above, so if you see any coin that looks like yours, 99.999999% of the time you can rest assured that it is road-rashed post mint damage, and can't be a genuine mint error.

OMG. Worse than a typical "parking lot" coin! Good for you if you see clashes, but value wise it's only worth one cent IF you can convince someone to take it from you. Your best bet is to bury it in a roll of cents you return to the bank and hope they don't inspect it, or if they do, they are caught up with their tetanus shots! Keep searching!

Rlly the scratches seem to have some detail that a road could not do x flip the coin so looking at it properly . Looks like a state quarte r. The arch and ppl on boats

See all the coin scratches on your coin coin. Just one renders this one a cull. So its a spender, not even worth the time to give it a second look.

It doesn't really matter if it is road rash or something else.
The fact that it could not have happened during the striking of the coin leaves
the only alternative that it is damage of some sort.
