Looks like a fingerprint in the right obverse field. Looks 63-64 but the dark toning on the center of the coin on both sides may be slight rub. Looks unc though.

I have 3 grading concerns with this coin : 1st . is the right obverse field a little scruffy , Hand and thumb very weak and Eagles left leg feathers barely visible . AU-58 .

Certainly not less than 58. Really hard to say with confidence without having the coin in hand. But the fingerprint and several scratches in the right obverse field clearly detract.

Thanks for all previous input. Here she is in hand now. I agree, it did look like a fingerprint on obverse, no fingerprint I can see and she still has nice luster in hand. It looks like a dent in the eagles right knee but doesn't show on the coin, so is a lighting shadow. Anyone change their mind on the grade?   Thanks, Eagle

nice photos. really difficult to determine if luster is still on the high points and we are looking at strike weakness. glare from lighting really makes that tough. I think in-hand rotation is the only way to tell if its intact and this is an MS coin. looking at the head and cap and the right arm and the high points of the olive branch the luster appears intact with no signs of wear. the fields are saying circulated but these areas are saying MS. AU58 or MS63. without in-hand I have to go with the original grade of AU58 but if it was in circulation it was like 10 min.

Looks mint state to me. I'd say MS-63. Weakly struck.
