Wow, gorgeous! If lines are on the coin, I say PR-62. If on the holder, PR-64.

Proof 63 with a good shot at a cameo designation. Hard to tell with it not being in hand.

Wowzers! It looks like OC-P2, reverse die stage b, with just the one broken leaf. Very few surface dings, and they are minor. Almost everything in the fields is die polishing.
I know the TPGs are tough on the Proofs, but surely this makes PR-63. The obverse makes CAM, but I can't get a good feel for CAM/not on the reverse legends.
What a beautiful coin.

I'll go with Proof 63 Cameo, but not with a lot of confidence. This is a proof on my wantlist, so I'm jealous...
