I would post this on NCS board in a heartbeat (even though they would probably delete it) just to let them know I wasn't going away and was going to be a thorn in their side. I would post their letter they sent and all everything I had showing them trying to give you the run around their "Guarantee"

Looking at their guarantee they should take a bath on this one. Machaj you have to go along with the terms of the guarantee and resubmit for "authentication review" This is a reputable company, not some basement slabber. I do not believe they will try to fob you off and "lose" the coin or whatever. If you can deliver it personally, do that. But you need to act soon. |

How did you pay for this? Cash or Credit card? If by credit card you can get your back records.
With my naked eye I can see the date being disturbed. I would not have paid that much in the first place. And besides I don't bring that much money in shows.
And with that amount of money that I'm about to lose the first person I will call is my lawyer.
And if I were you stop showing it to different people. If this falls on the floor and slab breaks. adios, good bye, ciao, sayonara.

I still don't understand why you won't disclose what NCS thinks is FMV.
I wish I had $12,000 CD to spend on coins when I was 21

I agree Bryan, I suggested this pages back. It would have been the first place I posted it. Then I would have posted it to the PCGS forum. |

There seems to be a lot of anger here towards NCS/NGC all because someone has made a claim that they authenticated a coin that some person claimed is a fake. Now this people that looked at this coin that you took to a show have a microscope to look at the date and show you or take pics of the coin I really don't think so or they would have been posted here. What some people are doing here is not fair towards NCS/NGC Its like kicking a person when they have their back turned to you. Like I said from the beginning nothing on this thread makes sense to me. Oh did I tell you that I sent in a 1932 quarter to this grading company and they switched it with a fake one. I think it was PCGS have any of you have a similar story to tell. so we can ruin someones reputation with out making sure its justified.  I rest my case. |
