Proof half, but with all the scratches on the holder it is hard to make a judgement on the grade.

I think he means he wants details on why it would grade a certain way, he wants all the details so he can learn...or that is how I take it.

IDK but I'm guessing it's the lighting that makes those look like 2 different half dollars. Better images would really help.
