I believe I've been incorrect 233 times in a row so I'm not gonna get excited. Is that a D mint mark from a quarter at 7 o'clock? It so how? If not what is it? Hard to tell from the photo exactly what it is, might be a plating bubble but in any case it looks like PMD. Report this Post to the Staff
