I'm tired so no telling if my eyes are betraying me but this looks like a clash of some sort. I believe I've been incorrect 233 times in a row so I'm not gonna get excited. Is that a D mint mark from a quarter at 7 o'clock? It so how? If not what is it? Thank you as
Suggest you look up and study the meaning of a Die Clash. You cannot have a clash from another coin. Hard to tell from the photo exactly what it is, might be a plating bubble but in any case it looks like PMD.
