Hi everyone, just picked up a bunch of 90%, Benji`s, Kennedy`s and Washington quarters. Going to go through them all, and this is my 2nd Kennedy of 5. I`m not positive but I think maybe md, but I think I see split serif`s. I`m sure ya`ll can help with my lack of knowledge. And just for general info, I picked up $9.50 in half`s, and $14 in quarters for 15.3 X face. $360 cash otd in Tucson yesterday. I hope I did`nt photo bomb ya`ll and these are good enough pics. Thanks

On the micro images a single light source is better. Light and shadows are better with a single light source. Using two light creates a false image on the devices. (It lights both sides of the devices) Think, light and shadows.

Hmmm? Could it be possible? Nah I'm not that lucky or good. Thx Dearborn I see the die gouge. I will look into it more. And coop, that light is a turned down version of my pluggable. The coin is really shiny. I will try better pics shortly. Sill love more opinions though. Can't ever have enough. Thx

Put a filter over your light source.

thats a nice specimen one for the collection, terrible glare but those closeups caught my eye haven't looked at varietyvista digging through the DDO's for yours but Fivas - Stanton popped in my head. Hip shooting here but I bet its got an FS listing. Congratulations its scarce, in a brilliant uncirculated condition and only thing to gripe about is the late mid die state but as a lover of doubled dies thats the last thing to b#@!$ about LOL.
Watch out good finds come in three's then doubled die Desert for awhile, congratulations on your find.

Thx guys for the replies. Coop, I am trying but cannot get better pictures. I shall go to the camera forum again and read. Dearborn, I see the die gouge but it's in a different place than mine. Looking at all the DDO pictures, my doubling seems to be way more pronounced. And luvmycam I can't find fs listings. I tried but it didn't take me anywhere I could find anything relative. So any help ya'll can give me on where to go I will gladly look. And I can't move on, (4 more Kennedy's, 14 Benjis + all the quarters) cause I'm kinda ocd/anal like that Thank You.

I believe the only doubling that can be seen in your photos is the reflection and glare doubling, because of your lighting. Your half dollar could not be the DDO-004 because the 64PRDDO-004 is a Proof not a Business Strike.

Well atrox001, I see where it is a pr004. Did not put that together. Thx. I'm going to try to put up better pics on this. The bottom foot of the E in we and the west part of the first T in trust show a split in the serif and the die gouge is there also. Just a little east of the pr004. So let me try and see if I can get y'all better pics. Thank you everyone for y'all's patience.

How are these? Hopefully better. I added the 6 and the 9 also. I'm trying to get my pics better, but this is such a shiny coin it`s tough. Thx
