Here is a triple-dated commemorative coin from my collection of Composer: a 1976 10 Mark coin featuring Carl Maria von Weber (1786-1826).

@NumisRob / NumisEd: Great additions! Keep 'em coming!

The 2005 annual commemorative Silver Dollar of Canada celebrated the 40th anniversary of its adoption of a National Flag in 1965.

The coin's commemorative reverse design presents the top of the Peace Tower of Canada's Parliament Building Centre Block which houses Canada's Senate and House of Commons; it is located on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, ON. A waving Canadian flag is depicted above the Tower with an exploding firework, in turn, above it.

The coin's dual dates "1965" and "2005" are seen below the flag, and to the left of the Tower, on two lines.

Shown here is the "enhanced" version of the Silver Dollar, it features appropriately-placed red enamel on the flag.

In 2013, Canada marked the 100th anniversary of the Canadian Arctic Expedition (CAE) with a Silver Dollar available individually and as part of a Fine Silver Proof Set from the Royal Canadian Mint. The Proof Set version includes selective gold-plating on the Silver Dollar.

The CAE (1913-18) was sponsored by the Canadian Government. Its mission was to explore the expansive western Arctic region to learn more about the vast, frozen territory and to blunt potential exploration and claims over newly-discovered areas (islands) by the United States. The Expedition party consisted of 100+ people, including scientists from multiple disciplines and First Nations Iņupiat, Inuvialuit and Inuinnait who assisted as hunters and guides.

The coin's commemorative reverse design, created by Bonnie Ross, is based on a photograph taken during the CAE. It presents a group of three men standing next to a dogsled, with its dog team standing at the ready. A large compass forms the artistic background for the scene. The dual dates "1913-2013" are seen at the lower rim on the coin's reverse.

The year 2017 was a busy one for the Royal Canadian Mint, as it issued a large number of coins to recognize the 150th anniversary of the founding of the Canadian Confederation.

Among its many issues were several commemorative silver dollars. Here is the red paint (not enamel) version of the "Home and Native Land" Silver Dollar. A large, painted "150" is superimposed over an outline map of Canada. The coin's reverse field presents a series of interlocking, variably-sized maple leaves that create a spherical, ball-like appearance for the coin.

The dual dates of the Confederation's anniversary - "1867-2017" - are presented below the map and the denomination inscription on the commemorative reverse.

I love the design of the Canadian Arctic Expedition commemorative. The selective gold-plating works very well.

Here's a dual-dated commemorative Florin from Australia. It was issued to help mark the 50th Anniversary of the Commonwealth of Australia. In 1901, Australia's six original colonies (New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia) joined together to form the Commonwealth.

The coin's obverse features the Thomas Humphrey Paget left-facing portrait of King George VI; Paget was a British artist-sculptor who was commissioned by The Royal Mint in the UK to create the portrait.

The reverse design depicts a crossed sword and scepter. Flanking the sword and scepter are the anniversary dates "1901" (left) and "1951" (right). A Royal Crown is shown above the intersection point, the Federation Star (the large, seven-pointed star) and the stars of the Southern Cross constellation (seen in Australia's night sky and on its National Flag) are below and in the background. The design is the work of Australian William Leslie Bowles.
