What is the slash going through the date? Hard to tell from the pictures, is that toning?

Paul , I don't believe that's a scratch . If it was the line would go through the bottom of the 6 which it does not .

Surfaces are way too dark to attempt any reasonable grade attempt. I say PF-something.
