I've been buying stuff on ebay since 2003, but this week(due to an ebay promotion) I'm selling for the first time...check out my currency items listed under [seller]Atlashealth[/seller]. There are 3 $2 bills(one 1953 & 2 1963 notes) Wish me luck...Now I may even start putting up items for auction at the Forum! CoinHunter...Ebay contacted me by email and gave me 3 free listings to be used by the end of February..maybe it was limited to those who have bought but never sold
before...anyway, I realize how easy it is to sell and will become more active in the future...thanks to all for their support!

Good luck to you...I've been selling there for about five years (misc stuff). Be fair, have good communication, and ship promptly and you should do fine.
P.S. No matter how little something sells for, protect yourself by using delivery confirmation...it provides you with proof of shipment and both you and your customer can track it's progress.

Hey congratulations on your first auction! I don't really have any experience with ebay selling but my father is on ebay since 2003 and he has been quite successful Just my 2 cents  Edited by HenryTheCoin

Been using ebay since about 1997 for various things. Gotten a few really good deals on there, including a 1928E $1 Silver Certificate for about $6 and a 1928D $2 star/mule note...don't remember the exact price on it, but remember it wasn't much more than a non star/mule would have cost me. |
