That's a tiara not a crown so there's nothing missing and the mark on the neck is just a gouge.
However, there may be a Struck Through Grease error at around 5 o'clock on the obverse, affecting the top of the 'A' and part of the date.

Is this war 20 cent coin from telegraph newspaper few years ago and this 1966 20 cent I can't tell if there's a gap on wave.

The 1989 east Caribbean coin the EA and CA are almost touching and rest of lettering are further apart Is this common in these coins.

Very interesting. That raised line might be a die crack. An acetone rinse may clear the stain, but I think it probably something more permanent.

Yes I agree with you jbuck this stain looks hardened I will
Try it this once the acetone dip but I don't usually do this
This maybe far gone pretty much rowing down river so too speak.
