1995 Washington Quarter , Possible Mint Made Error

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 09/03/2022 11:33 am Altering a coin doesn't make it a mint error. Note that both sides of the coin on that area, have been pressed in. On the quarter dollar area, there could have been a Grease Fill issue on those devices. They will be shorter because of a Grease Fill issue. (The deeper part of the devices of the die was filled, so only the bottom wider devices are seen. If it were more grease filled it could look as bad as this coin: Just a spender coin.
