Not sure what you are seeing on this one? It appears to be normal from what I can see. There is gunk on the mintmark area. On a RPM, there will be evidence of a second or more punching.
MMS-004 is the normal mintmark style for that year

Thanks for you opinions! Mr Cooper. After brushing the Mintmark's gunk, the mintmark looks seems like the mms-003.

Not RPM-003. Note the mintmark location is not the same:

Well that one is not the right RPM:
1942-S--LWC,-MMS-001-
Your coin appears to be a normal mintmark, not a RPM. Note the directions of the punches on the RPMs?

The last question is the above posting cent MS was not the normal slim style of MMS-004,it's looks like the MMS-003.

Try soaking it in acetone over night and using a soft thorn to remove the gunk in the MM, then have a second look at it.

Be careful with a toothpick. On the gunk that comes off, sometimes sand is mixed into the gunk. Pushing this with a toothpick can make sand scratches on the fields of the coin. (I've seen this myself on a coin)
