Here's a club medal from the Raleigh (NC) Coin Club. Its obverse is modeled after the 1937 Roanoke Colony Memorial commemorative half dollar.

The "1954" on the medal's obverse represents the club's year of founding; the "1792" on the reverse represents Raleigh's year of establishment. Raleigh's nickname is "City of Oaks."
