Congratulations on the Half Dimes. You moved real fast on the Seated dime collection. Keep it going and you'll be done and on to other endeavors, curious what that will be.

Got this 1868-S Half Dime yesterday. I wonder if the two lines are die cracks?

Yeah that is right. I found many Seated dime varieties were distinguished by die cracks. Now it seems that this also applies to Half Dimes! Thank you

Anthony86 - eyeing large cents now - another Dansco project! Got a like new, used album for $20. I think the dealer knew I'd be purchasing a bunch from him - thus the discounted price.

Wan - nice 1868-s Half Dime. I Like the die breaks.

Still picking up a few oddball Half Dime varieties I find interesting. Here is an 1834 3 over inverted 3 I BINed. Now I'm looking for an 1836 3 over inverted 3, large 5C.

1860 ½10¢ - NGC/CAC PF64

[I should try reshooting this one day to see if I can get rid of the glare.]

Just picked up the last S-mint I need, an xf40 1870-S. Need 4 Philly Civil War era dimes and 4 pricey CCs and I'm done.,
