1991-P 5c Jefferson Nickel Die Clash?

There's a lot going on here and I don't know much about break classifications.
I'm guessing it's a die clash. There are raised portions on the upper and lower left as well as the lower right. The upper right has what looks like a smoking chimney. I'm pretty excited to have found this but unsure what to do with it.

I don't have an overlay handy, but that looks right for a clash, good eye.

Just found a 1983-P nickel on ebay with the exact same features.

Very nice, unlisted clash, congrats! On the obverse, you can see the o, of Monticello, in between the head and R of LIBERTY, too and maybe some of the building, just below the o.
