Seems odd to produce this coins now. Maybe RAM suspects the ABA will be de-funded out of existence before it's centenary.

Seems likely we'll also be getting a new "2022 $2 C Mintmark Coloured Uncirculated Coin - Remembrance Poppy" a month later in the November release.

Well I thought I'd have a go at getting the $1 coin. Forgot that I need to log onto the site at 7.30 because of stupid daylight saving. By the time I logged on there was a 2-3h wait. Finally I got a message saying I could access the shop but the $1 ABC coins were all sold out. Oh well, I guess they'll appear on ebay in the next 24-48 hours for $100+ so the coin scalpers can make a profit.
