@gen, first welcome to CCF. Second, other than circulation wear, I'm seeeing a gouge near IGWT, but not any doubling.

Thanks for the information. I am new to coin collecting. I was given some bad advice. I was told the IGWT was from double strike.

The IGWT has just been damaged.
If it was a double strike, it would affect the whole coin,
not just one part.
