I'd say lower grade mint state but still full red. Something like MS-61 red. The disruptions on the obverse would prevent it going too much higher imo.

The fingerprint on the reverse is the kiss of death, it will likely turn black over the years and render your coin uncollectible.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
