I think this cent could be OCC Snow-1.

Here is my "lowball" 1880 S-1. I agree that the date does not quite line up. It is interesting that the clash can be seen still in low grade, even if its faint.

Thank you for sharing your example. That will help me a lot when trying to pick this variety in the future. It is pretty amazing how bold the clash still is between the N and E in ONE. The 0 in the date of the clashed example seems to have a slight tilt to the right.
