That is shiny, but almost certainly gold-plated after it left the mint. What is the weight?

HSN plated coin. Note on the scratches, you can see the normal colors there. Not a gold coin.

Many quarters in this series were plated gold or silver and sold at a premium.
Now they are worth 25 cents.
