Although Charlie is Head of State for Australia, the Reserve Bank of Australia has decided that he will not be appearing on any Australian Note.
Seems a bit strange to me. Even past Presidents normally appear on American Notes.

Looks like the anti monarchists in Australia have triumphed over the monarchists, and have been successful in having the King's image removed from all Notes. Currently, there is a slim majority of monarchists in the Australian population.
