1974 "D" Mint Mark Error

Just hoping to verify if the mint mark is an error, or just from use? Any assistance is appreciated.

Looks like a photo of a screen monitor,if so, please don't do that. Use a memory card in your scope.

I agree, don't use screen shots, they are too pixelated to be of use.

First to the Community.
The answer to your question is that the mintmark was struck by a filled / clogged Die. it is not considered as a mint error but it does interest some collectors as a conversation piece.
