I've had some pretty interesting finds this year in terms of 100+ year old coins... when I come back from my Vegas trip, I'll post the best of them, including a quite surprising coin in a MWR nickel roll - it wasn't a nickel, but it is over 100 years old.
CRH Nickeloholic. 1,600,000 nickels searched in eight years! Have found FOUR complete Jefferson sets!

Good finds, yes. As we know, there are collectors out there who occasionally release older wheats into circulation (individually and by customer wrapped rolls) which eventually make their appearance. A few years ago I dumped over 200 wheats into circulation over a period of two months. Id say 30% were 1920s and earlier.

I can finally post in this thread again. Found a 1919-P Wheat cent today in a customer roll. Hopefully I can find more of its friends in the remaining rolls!

It's been a while, but I can finally post in this thread again! Wife got me a Loomis box today, and upon opening it, I spied an ender that looked old. Upon closer inspection, it was a 1917-S. I still had quite a bit of stuff I needed to go through before this box, but I decided to do this roll first. I forgot to take a picture of the ender, but here it is in a flip. Cheers!

Make sure to flatten staples. Also, best to take photos of coins out of holders. Nice fine though. Do you check for errors and varieties? John1
