Hi again! Dear expert colleagues, please help me to identify & EVALUATE two roman coins:
1) one is a denarius(?) of emperor Gordianus. But they were 3 with this name...
2) the other,I don't know, perhaps also a denarius. But,what emperor? I think the portret is that of a woman (empress?)
Thank you so much!

@and, best practice is to only post one coin per thread, but hopefully someone will be around to help you. In the meanwhile, can you please post the diameter and weight of these pieces? Thx.

Well I don't exactly know what that silver first coin is as your Gordian is Laureate and not Radiate, but here is what it is patterned after in Gold. And that is all I'll say at this point....

The first coin is an odd one, as said already the laureate throws a spanner in the works. Pretty sure however it is Gordian III. Maybe a contemporary copy? IDK

Second coin emperor is Marcus Aurelius Severus Alexander

The top one looks as it if was once coated to make it look gold (and so otherwise fit the design).

The Gordian II is a moderr Bulgarian fake.
Here are a couple of images. I could provide more. Of double die matched examples from the Forvm Fake reports.

The second is attempting to be an eastern issue denarius of Severus Alexander with a VICTORIA AVG reverse. I cannot say whether it is real or not from the images but I don't like the style of the reverse.

Denarii of Gordian III are relatively common. Here are three genuine denarii of his that I have owned tor comparison
