This can't possibly be a legitimate way of doing business on ebay now, is it? They refunded me but this is unbelievable....look for yourself. They sell a LOT of coins...

I'm really not the guy to bash a seller, I'd normally just like to get a refund and move on if a coin isn't what I was expecting, but how can you auction something you don't have multiple times? Hopefully this post sheds some light on what is going on.

Yeah we hear about them quite often, they use stock photos.

Don't fall for this in the future, always get a photo of the exact coin being sold.

I would have just thought that, legally, you'd have to have a disclaimer if that's what's happening or something. Lesson learned I guess.

APMEX does it too, they've even used photoshopped slab pics.

I took the time to add videos as well as pics of every coin I have listed. I would never use stock photos for numismatic coins.

AVOID them. I bought a proof dime that when arrived, had blue pvc damage and smelled like pvc.

Seriously, with a name like "Auction Kings", what would you expect?

Auction Kings NEVER says that the coin you are bidding on and will receive is the one pictured. And their auction titles are so enticing! Just say no to their shenanigans.
