The classic US Commemorative coin series does not offer a bountiful harvest of fruit within its various designs, but I believe at least one coin of the series fits the bill for this thread.

In 1928, the US Mint struck a commemorative half dollar to mark the 150th Anniversary (i.e., Sesquicentennial) of the European discovery of the islands that would first be named the Sandwich Islands and, later, the Hawaiian Islands. The name "Sandwich Islands" was given to the island chain by British Captain James Cook who sighted the islands during his third voyage in 1778. Cook named them in honor of John Montague, the Earl of Sandwich; Montague was a patron of Cook's.

The coin does not depict a piece of fruit, per se, but it does present a coconut tree (on its reverse) and as coconuts are alternately referred to as a fruit, a nut and/or a seed, I'll stretch this thread's parameters a bit and consider the 1928 Hawaiian Half Dollar as a qualified member of the "fruit club."
