Hi,dear colleagues!
I have the shown antic coin. Please who can tell me about it:
1) Is it genuine or a copy/fake?
2) It's identity (country,year of minting...)?
3) Possible market value?

Many thanks!
Andi

I do not know which ancient coin it is attempting to copy, but it is not a genuine ancient coin. Sorry.

My first gut impression was fake but I am far from an expert.

A lot of fake coins are made exactly with that patina so they should probably just stop trying with those. Anyway, I'd say it was some sort of Punic Spain or Carthage Spain copy or fantasy coin. Is that a mermaid man?
