So I want to know how to remove the black kinda "burned" stuff on a coin, what do I have to do to make it look original and get the look back?

But I would agree & wouldn't get your hopes up.
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

NGC conservation did wonders on this Morgan for me.

Raiden (post immediately above) -- Like most things in life, it all depends. There's removing 'black things' from clothing, black things from old hotdogs, black things from toenails, etc., etc. It's difficult for us to provide a meaningful response if we can't see the item you have in mind. We assume you're talking about coins since this a coin-related site. The 'black things' may be from a black marker, black paint, or discoloration caused through corrosion.

Originally in an ANACS MS-61 holder. After crackout and NGC Conversation it is in a NGC MS-62 holder.

That's far too general of a question and can't be answered without having some idea of what the black stuff is and what you're trying to remove it from. A picture would greatly help.

Raiden: to know how to remove it, you have to know what it is and what caused it. Some carbon spotting is due to pinholes in the plastic of a 2x2 , some due to foreign material sitting on the surface. Know that removal of some carbon spots will result in pitting...
