There could always be some small die cracks, errors or something, but small one sided pictures wouldn't be enough to show that. Overall though, just a bunch of nickels with environmental damage.

People collect all kinds of stuff, bottle caps, buttons, dolls, stamps, bottles, cat pictures, on and on. If you like something then collect it, things do not have to have a dollar value. The value is what you enjoy. However, this is an educational forum so people here will help identify errors and let you know prices.

Yes, this is a collection of coins, (not one I would strive to collect now-a-days) But back when I first started I had pretty much the same type of collection thrown into a small box. I was proud of it too.
These coins are well circulated with no sense of chronological order, but it is a start. You need to learn what to look for and keep the very best of what you find. Then just spend the rest on something you want - like an ice cream cone.

If you gathered these coins with the intent to enjoy them, you have a collection. Given the images posted, I'm not seeing anything other than circulated, mostly stained nickels.

Enjoy them and keep them if you like them, but numismatically these are just spenders, sorry.
