This would match a sestertius of Gordian I http://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.4.gor_i.10

Where did you get these from?

@and, can you please also include a picture of the edge that is well lit and in focus (I know that will be a little hard). Thx.

The people are asking for a side view as your letters look blurred and thus in this case cast and not struck. Just so you know.

Thank you,John! And thanks to all of you who responded!
All these last ancient coins are not mine but were enherited by a friend from his grandfather. My friend, knowing that I am a coin collector sent me the photos to help him but I couldn't because I don't collect antiques.
That is...

The issue might be that they are not ancient at all.

So, they may be fake?! Why?! What leads to that possibility? How to know for sure?

So sorry! I didn't intend to that meaning! It was just an underline "movement".

Thanks again!

@andi, how to know for sure? How about by posting a picture of the edge—the more information we have, the more certain we can be in trying to help you. Thx.

Thank you Spence! The coins are not mine. I'll see if their owner is interested in further investigations...
Thanks again to all of you!
