I also have read that several states limit the applicability of the statute to precious metals coins minted by US mints. TinyRetreat Valued Member United States 345 Posts	Posted 07/15/2023 11:33 pm My experience with modern commems, is that they come to me, as a "part of the whole" for collections I'm buying. I generally pay around 75% of the total value for everything ... I do end up with stuff I don't want as well.
