Once again, thank you for one of the most memorable contests in CCF history. I wish I could claim some masterful methodology, but I actually went to my favorite tools - brute force & (mostly) ignorance.
Also thank you for some astonishing prizes. With craftsmanship like this, I don't know how you have time to collect coins.
I choose
Prize #2: Lift Lid Box with Curved Handle

Quote: Congratulations to jbuck - 3rd Place Podium Winner Thank you! Quote: Winner by final tiebreaker rule over mcshilling by 5 nickels guessed and over John1 by 6 nickels guessed. Amazing how close that final position was. Close indeed! Quote: Way to go jbuck. Another contest win. (he got one of my prizes last time). Says he doesn't play many contests....now we know why....gotta leave some to the rest of us.

Appreciate all the kind comments. It was a fun contest to design and host and I enjoyed putting forth the efforts.
It also gives me a deeper appreciation of the tremendous amount of work jbuck puts in as host for GTP - the best of all internet coin games.
PM received from jbuck - you are awarded Prize #1 and I'll be packing it up shortly.
Need a mailing address for BStrauss3 - please send it to me via the CCF email system.

We are ready now for the Appreciation Prize drawing! I have randomly assigned a number 1 to 25 to each of the eligible players names. They names and associated numbers are on two slips of paper that I have photographed and ready to share. In a separate correspondence I have asked jbuck to provide two unique numbers from the range of 1 to 25. I will then show the photograph of the names/numbers and we'll all learn together who the Appreciation Prize winners are. I have some immediate work needs to take care of - so assuming jbuck provides the two numbers prior to 3pm today that's when I again be available to reveal the winners. @jbuck - up to you now.

Hooray - the CCF is back on-line. Whatever caused that minor interruption did not stop jbuck from providing the winning numbers 16 & 24. Now for the reveal of who's names are mapped to those numbers - my name/random number listing mentioned above: Congratulations to jason39305 and cointagous - Winners of nickelsearcher contest Appreciation Prizes. Now I ask you to identify any specific small clock in the photograph that you wish as your prize - or tell me if you are fine with any of my choice. Use the photograph to point to, circle or otherwise let me know if you have a preference. I'll do my best to meet it with the caveat that it might already be sold in which case we'll talk off-line. Make your preference known publicly via response to this thread - then send me an email using the CCF email system with a shipping address that the US Postal Service can deliver to. Folks - I think that's about a wrap on this long running contest. I ask the Mod Dudes to leave this 'live' long enough for us to confirm prize receipts. It has truly been an enjoyable experience to serve as your contest host these past few (many) weeks. I extend to all of you best of wishes for continued good health, joy in your lives and harmony in your communities.
