How can u tell that's exactly from a parking lot?

It's just very damaged. No one can be completely sure how the damage occurred. Parking lot coin is sort of a catch all for this type of damage, when a coin is repeatedly run over on a roadway or parking lot they tend to look like this.

Copper is a fairly soft material, when it gets driven on, kicked and stomped on either on payment or concrete, the metal gets a pitted look so,i agree with parking lot coin. If you have ever found a coin in a parking lot it would look just like this coin.
