Large online bullion dealers such as Monument Metals and SD Bullion have cull Peace and Morgan dollars for 33-37 x FV.

Those aren't included in bags of 90% silver, though. Those bags contain dimes, quarters, and halves if sold as a mix. Silver dollars are sold on their own at the prices you stated. Most people also do not consider Morgan and Peace dollars as junk silver.

My first order turned out to be 40 very nice looking proof Virgin Islands quarters. I think I'll place another order just to see what I get. The idea of receiving a "mystery package" makes it fun for me.

My second order turned out to be 20 JFKs from the 1990s and 2000s. Nice looking coins, My third order was the same catalog # but I got 40 BU Washington quarters from 1964 and before. Not what I expected but I can't exactly say I am disappointed.

pretty much all the silver I pick up is from ebay and I pay less than melt. Alot of it comes as modern silver proof sets. Throw best offers at the seller and see who bites.
