The 1954 British film "Fire Over Africa" is about glamorous woman secret agent Joanna Dane (Maureen O'Hara) who is assigned to identify the head of a drug smuggling group in the North African city of Tangier, which was at the time an international zone administered by Great Britain, France, and Spain.
Joanna uses her physical charms and skills to get a job at a smuggler's hangout where she can coax information out of men who find her attractive.
At one point she contacts an Arab agent working as a waiter and hands him a coin with a message taped to it. The coin is a Spanish 5 peseta coin dated 1949 and minted under the Franco regime.

Joanna gives the agent a coin which has a piece of paper or tape on it.

The message reads "Farrell Murdered".
There is enough of the coin showing to identify it as a Spanish five peseta coin dated 1949.
