It's got a pretty strong die clash on the obverse, and we can't see the reverse! I wouldn't pay $60 for it. That's way past top end money for a details coin of a common date CBH unless it's got some super rare Overton variety or something. In that condition I would not pay/ask more than $40/$50-$60 for it. Very common coin in far below average grade for the series. I didn't check the Overton variety but check the edge for doubled edge lettering! I cherrypicked a doubled edge lettering 1828 for $65 a few days ago at the ANA Pittsburgh show.
