What do you think this grades? Could this really be an $850 roll find if graded by PCGS?

I don't know anything about grading high end stuff or Jeff nickels, but that example looks fantastic.

Looks at least MS66/67 possibly higher. Better pics needed.

It looks like a very nice nice coin. Where do you get the $850 price? MS67FS is the highest ever graded by PCGS so maybe that's it?

I'll preface this post with the fact that I'm new to strategic collecting, but why would a seemingly normal, albeit in great shape, 1995P nickel fetch such a high price? Is this a key date with limited mintage or something?

Only way is if it is a Top Pop, the best ever graded. From the revised pics, that seems unlikely.

Still too nice a nickel to spend though!

Even if it is a modern and you find a high grade coin that there are not a lot of you hit the jackpot. Its almost like it is a "low mintage" A low mintage of high grade coins in that year

From the reverse picture, I don't see it getting a top pop.

I think the prices for some of the coins on the PCGS price guide are higher then what people pay for them, but I'm not sure.
