I have quite a few banknotes with stamps on them. Nothing like this one, it actually looks quite good, usually it's just text. I guess the government is ramping up efforts to hide everything from everyone that isn't pushed by the government. Some get through. The 1999 note lasted until a few years ago, and now there's a new, improved one that looks almost the same and has no added security features.
