Good afternoon everybody today I have a one dollar bill that seems to have an over ink issue. Can anyone direct me to a site that can help me understand how this type of issue happens or is this something that happens often?

I'm pretty sure different ink wells service the print heads printing the left and right serial numbers. Sometimes, one side might ink a tad bit heavy, which is your case, is no big deal. It's extremely minor.

OK cool thanks for that piece of information. It happened to both serial numbers . It looks like I uploaded one of the pictures twice.
