i think they are little more lenient with earlier pieces on the designation especially if its not harsh. a lot of times they will net the grade and put it in a straight holder. I think its acceptable and would grade straight

Minted in Q6 :-)

Just a massive die break - assume a bit of shatter/flaking around the numbers. If you trace the break, you can see it return on the last 2 stars clockwise and thru LIBE.

Common amongst all O-116s - https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin...6-stem/39319

Some more promounced than others.
