2023 P Jovita Idar Quarter. Can Someone Help Me Identify This Potential Error?

As far as the crack goes, I'm not sure if I'm seeing a crack or a scratch, the dark, lightning bolty, devil tail looking mark coming from the bottom of the hair area. It looks like it comes from behind the picture, but I'm not sure. I have many cracked pennies. But never a quarter. Report this Post to the Staff
