Counterfeit/Fake 1922 Peace Dollars

Roma2021 Pillar of the Community Italy 1130 Posts	Posted 11/26/2023 5:06 pm I don't have any pics, but I have seen an alarming amount of fake Peace dollars in Rome. They are obvious in hand but evidently fool enough people that they keep appearing in markets. If you squint they look like weak strikes. I've also heard recently that fake late bronze roman coins are coming out of Bulgaria... These are $5-10 coins... 1922 circulated Peace dollars - $20-22? Common date Buffalo nickel $1?
