The edge photo is a little confusing with the perspective, is there a raised ridge on the edge?

I'm thinking a potential partial collar as well.

Huh, NGC says "railroad rim" applies to reeded coins, and non-reeded they're describing as "wagon wheel." Both partial collar. I always thought "railroad rim" was more generic.
