Did the errors on this coin come from printing errors or man made errors? Any information would be so helpful.

to the CCF, RaeTay85! Those are not errors - just post-mint damage, or PMD. Your coin probably spent some time in a parking lot.

That coin has had a hard life, it is just a damaged coin now.

Yes, post-strike damage. I assume the reverse looks similar?
